These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of PCOSense, including the website at pcosense.com and the app at app.pcosense.com. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use PCOSense.

2. Educational and tracking use only

PCOSense is designed to support cycle awareness and personal tracking. PCOSense does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed ovulation prediction. Information shown in the app is based on information you log and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Speak with a healthcare professional

You should speak with a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, fertility questions, diagnosis, treatment, medication, or changes to your healthcare plan. If you have urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, seek urgent medical help immediately.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for activity under your account. Please use accurate information and keep your login details secure.

5. Your information and content

You are responsible for the information, notes, images, and other content you choose to upload or enter into PCOSense. You should only upload information that you have the right to use and share.

You agree not to misuse PCOSense. This includes not attempting to:

7. App features and availability

PCOSense may change, improve, suspend, or remove features from time to time. We aim to provide a helpful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that PCOSense will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

8. LH scan and cycle insights

LH scan recommendations, fertility status, cycle insights, and related features are provided for tracking and educational purposes only. Results can be affected by image quality, lighting, test type, user input, timing, and other factors. Always use your judgement and speak with a healthcare professional if you need medical advice.

9. Doctor reports

Doctor reports are summaries of logged information. They are intended to help organise information for discussion and do not provide medical conclusions. You choose whether to share reports with others.

10. Intellectual property

PCOSense, including its name, branding, design, software, content, and features, is owned by PCOSense or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from PCOSense unless permitted by law or agreed in writing.

11. Third-party services

PCOSense may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, or content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCOSense is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, PCOSense, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to PCOSense if we believe you have breached these Terms, created risk, or misused the service.
